Information you share
When you send an inquiry, TOSHINE stores your name, email, company, selected product and message to respond to your request.
Visit analytics
When you visit our website, we automatically record a random visit identifier, page paths, referring website hostname and campaign tags (UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term). We associate your inquiry with that visit to understand which campaigns generate inquiries. We also record an approximate country or region derived from your IP address by our network provider. We store the country code, not your IP address, in the analytics database. Temporary hashed network identifiers are used to limit abuse.
Visits use a 30-minute inactivity window. Campaign tags identify links, not verified personal identities. Browsers sending a Global Privacy Control signal are excluded from browser analytics. Administrators are excluded from tracking.
Your choice
We use browser storage to maintain the visit identifier. You can enable Global Privacy Control in a supporting browser to stop browser analytics. Essential administrator login cookies are separate.
Storage and access
Information is stored in the website’s database; production hosting is in the United States. Only authorized administrators can access inquiries and reports. Raw visit records are removed after 180 days; inquiry details are retained for business follow-up until deleted by an administrator.
